We offer this on Redhat Enterprise Linux 3, Fedora Core 1/2.
Services include:
RKHunter root kit and exploit scan

Update / install current APF firewall
Remove common software packages not used in web hosting
System kernel update to most current published
General system software update to current Red Hat released updates
In the case of the service if the server is found to have security concerns beyond updates you will be contacted before any additional work is done.
